Artlist Template Submission Guidelines

Hello amazing creators! We can't wait to showcase your talent on our platform. Before you hit that 'Submit' button, it's crucial to go through these essential guidelines to ensure a smooth process for everyone.

1. Ownership: Be the Sole Creator 🎨

You must own 100% of the content you submit, except for placeholder media and music used solely for preview videos. This extends to every aspect of the template, like textures, images, or even footage included in the final download. Remember, placeholder media for previews should be removed before the final upload.

2. Say No to Derivatives 🚫

Modifying a previously approved project and resubmitting it in the same category is a no-go. However, feel free to repurpose an asset for a different software category. For instance, if you have an approved After Effects Template, you can rebuild it for Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro as a new submission. However please be aware that our requirements and standards for each category are different. This is due to the fact that each software's capabilities and potential output are different. If it does not meet the requirements and standards of the designated software category, we won't be able to accept it.

3. Bring Your A-Game 🌟

We're committed to offering top-notch assets to our subscribers, so make sure you only submit your best materials. This not only helps us but boosts your visibility and earning potential.

4. Stick to Standard Western Characters 🅰️

Use only standard Western alphabetic characters in your file names and included files. Submissions with characters from non-Western alphabets or special symbols won't be accepted.

5. Submission Package Checklist 📦

Every folder you upload should contain the following:

  • A zipped file containing your template folder
  • A preview video in .mp4 format, 30-45 seconds, 60-80 Megabytes maximum
  • A thumbnail image in either .jpg or .png format

The video tutorial should be no larger than 25 MB.

In Conclusion

We're all about creating the best possible experience for our artists and customers alike. Adhering to these guidelines not only simplifies the submission process but also maximizes your earning potential. Let's make some magic together!
