1. Sole Creatorship
You must be the sole creator and owner of all elements included in your submission. This includes textures, images, footage, graphics, and any other media contained within the final download.
The only exceptions are placeholder media and music used exclusively for preview videos. These must not be included in the final upload.

2. Project Structure
Each software category has specific project-structure requirements. Please follow the structure provided in the relevant example package:
- Adobe After Effects: Follow the structure outlined in the After Effects template example package.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Follow the structure outlined in the Premiere Pro template example package.
- DaVinci Resolve: Follow the structure outlined in the DaVinci Resolve template example package.
- Final Cut Pro: Follow the structure outlined in the Final Cut Pro example package.
Templates must function as generators, titles, transitions, or effects and must be installed through the appropriate paths for the specified software.
Final Cut Pro bundle files and XML projects are not accepted.

3. Thumbnail and Logos
Thumbnail Images must meet the following requirements:
- JPG or PNG format.
- Resolution of 1920 × 1080 (HD) or 3840 × 2160 (4K)
- Recommended file size of 1 MB or less.
- If your template includes logos, use generic logos only.

4. Footage and Music
All footage and music included in your submission must be sourced exclusively from Artlist.
Do not include third-party footage or music in the final template package.

Placeholder media may be used in the preview video to demonstrate how the template works.
However, all placeholder media must be removed from the final upload before submission.

Fonts used in your templates must be free to use. Paid or commercially restricted fonts are not permitted.

- Using specific or unique controller options.
- Any other important features or customization options.
Tutorial Requirements
The tutorial should be:
- Clear and easy to follow.
- Recorded at a sufficiently high resolution.
- Demonstrated step-by-step.
- Free from unnecessary shortcuts or skipped steps.
Please avoid using keyboard shortcuts during the tutorial. Show each action clearly so users can easily follow along.

8. Package Structure
Your download package must follow the structure provided in the relevant software example package.

10. Naming Convention
Template names must:
- Be no longer than 40 characters.
- Use only standard Western characters.
- Avoid unsupported special characters, such as: !"£$%^&*()-=_+
- Use clear, consistent, and descriptive wording throughout your submission.
Presets and Macros
For Presets and Macros, the naming convention must clearly identify the submission type by including the word “Preset”, “Presets”, “Macro”, or “Macros” in the template name.
Examples:
- Scribble Presets-John Smith-AE
- Grunge And Scribble Overlays-John Smith-PP
- Kinetic Text Macros-John Smith-DR
- Pixelate Effect Macro-John Smith-DR
Including Preset or Macro in the name helps clearly identify the type of asset and ensures consistent naming across the library.

11. Zip Format
The final download package must be compressed in .zip format.
The preview video, thumbnail, and ZIP package should follow this naming convention:
